Microsoft Teams


This document shows you how you can integrate Callgoose SQIBS with Microsoft Teams. You can configure Incoming webhook as well as Outgoing webhook.


Callgoose SQIBS to Microsoft Teams(Outgoing webhook)

In Microsoft Teams


  1. Please follow the documentation to create Incoming webhook in Microsoft Teams
  2. Select Configure, provide a name, and upload an image for your webhook if necessary.
  3. Copy and save the unique webhook URL present in the dialog. The URL maps to the channel and you can use it to send information to Teams.


In Callgoose SQIBS

Please follow the documentation to create Outgoing webhook - How to add Outgoing Webhook?
Callgoose SQIBS will send Incidents details to Microsoft Teams as per your configuration.

Check the Endpoint URL

Note:
1. All the values must be in Json format. Since these values are already in Json key format, No action required from your end to change it to Json format
2. How to get endpoint URL?
3. Refer this link for How to send to Sqibs API
4. Please make sure you have added API filter contains values in Callgoose SQIBS before you send test notifications to create the incident in Callgoose SQIBS. You may also add API filter after checking API Log

Please follow the documentation to create Outgoing Webhooks in Microsoft Teams

Name: The webhook title and @mention tab. You can type "CallgooseSQIBSWebhook"
Callback URL: The HTTPS endpoint that accepts JSON payloads and receives POST requests from Teams. Here you can copy paste the Endpoint URL from Callgoose SQIBS.
