What is an Order

In the Callgoose platform, an order is the reseller's process of procuring a product with a specific plan and maintenance period. Resellers select tailored plans and duration, completing payment for their chosen plan. They can renew orders upon expiration for continuous access to the product and maintenance services, making an order in Calgoose the selection, payment, and renewal option for uninterrupted access.

Confirmed orders

• Upon completing the payment, your order is officially acknowledged and recorded in the 'Confirmed Orders' section. This signifies the seller's commitment to fulfilling the transaction. Additionally, you'll receive an invoice for your purchase.
• After completing the payment, you can view your orders in the 'Confirmed Orders' section.
