Details about callgoose user

Who is User ?

Users are anyone in your team that handles incident management. The person who is invited by a Reseller or Global admin is called a User. Users, by default, can customize their Profile, Notification rules, and resolve incidents. Users have different roles. They can carry out their functions per the various roles they have.

View users

Under the Users tab, all users will be listed in a table. On clicking the name you can view the user’s info in a detailed view.
