Schedule Requirements

Purpose: Ensure 24/7 support by assigning shifts based on regional time zones.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday:
  • 9am GMT to 5pm GMT: Team from Europe is On-Call.
  • 5pm GMT to 1am GMT: Team from USA (East Coast) is On-Call.
  • 1am GMT to 9am GMT: Team from Asia-Pacific (India or Singapore) is On-Call.
  • Saturday to Sunday:
  • One On-Call person covers the entire weekend: Saturday 9am GMT to Monday 9am GMT (48 hours).
  • Weekend duty rotates among team members to distribute the load fairly.
