Organization enforced controls
Organization-Enforced Controls allow administrators to configure high-level security and policy settings that apply across the entire workspace or organization.
These settings provide centralized control over organization-wide configurations and help ensure that the defined policies are consistently applied to all users and teams.
Administrator Access
Only a Global Admin can view and configure Organization-Enforced Controls. Changes made to these settings may affect the entire organization.
Location
You can find this option in your dashboard by navigating to:
Dashboard → Organization Enforced Controls under the WORKSPACE category
Critical Alerts
Critical Alerts override Silent Mode, Focus Mode, and Do Not Disturb (DND) on Android and iOS devices for push notifications associated with Severity-1 incidents. You can enable or disable Critical Alerts for your organization.
Teams allowed to override global configuration
You can select teams that are allowed to use their own Critical Alert configuration instead of the global configuration.
The list displays the teams that are allowed to override the global configuration and indicates whether the Critical Alert is enabled for each team.
To add a team: Select a team and click Add Team.
To remove a team: Click the Delete icon next to the team.
Teams listed here can use their own Critical Alert settings. To configure these settings, a Global Administrator or Team Manager can go to the team's information section and update the Critical Alert configuration.
Incident Response Threshold
The Incident Response Threshold feature enables administrators to define standard response time targets for incidents across the organization.
For more information, see the Incident Response Threshold documentation.
Mobile Security Settings

You can require authentication in any of the following situations:
- When opening the app: Enable or disable Lock Application.
- When returning to the app after switching to another application: Enable or disable Lock When Returning.
- After the app has been idle for a configured period of time: Enable or disable Idle Timeout and select the desired timeout period.
