The first time a user interacts with this process, they need to be authenticated by SQIBS. Here's how it works:
Slack will redirect the user to the SQIBS authentication page.
- On that page, the user can log in using their username and password.
- If user already logged in to SQIBS,they can continue directly by selecting the Continue as (User) button.
- If a different user needs to be authenticated for Slack, they should proceed with the appropriate user.
If authentication is successfull ,a success page will show and the incident management in SQIBS can be managed using slack.
