Notification Log
The notifications log allows you to view specific details about the notifications that are sent to users while escalating an Incident
4 Types of notification medium
- Call - Notified using phone call. You can see used Credit, DTMF(User key press response during the call) and Duration(Time taken for the call) in Extra column of table.
- SMS - Notified using SMS. You can see the used Credit in the Extra column of the table.
- Email - Notified using email.
- Push - Notified using push notifications.
Log Filters
- Team Filter - Select specific Team
- Service Filter - Select a specific Service under the selected Team.
- Date Filter
- ALL: Display all data regardless of date.
- TODAY: Shows only the current date’s data from 00:00 to the current time.
- THIS WEEK: Shows a week's worth of data (starting from Sunday)
- THIS MONTH: Shows the current month’s data.
- CUSTOM DATE: You can select the time range.
A Combination of all filters will be used while showing the final result. You can download the final results by clicking the DOWNLOAD button.
