Update And Delete Team

Steps for update and delete a team.

Edit Team name

You can change your team name using the blue pencil icon near team name.name_edit


Delete Team

You can delete a team using the DELETE TEAM button.

Only the Global admin can delete the team.
You can't delete the team if 1. Any unresolved incident is present. 2. If there is any Schedule, Service or Escalation policy is present.
