Security
Manage your account security and authentication settings.
How to reach?
To access and manage your security settings, navigate to the Profile section. You can easily reach this section by clicking on the settings logo located in the top right corner of the dashboard. By clicking on the settings logo, a drop-down menu will appear. Look for the option "Profile". Clicking on this option will take you to your profile section → Select Security.
Multi-Factor Authentication
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an additional layer of security to your account by requiring a time-based one-time password (OTP) to your login.
View MFA
You can view the current MFA status of your account. If MFA is already configured, you can see the QR and setup your authenticator app.
Set Up MFA
To enable MFA, you need an authenticator application that supports time-based one-time passwords (TOTP), such as Google Authenticator.
- Open your authenticator application on your device.
- Scan the QR code displayed in the application.
- The authenticator application will add the account and generate a time-based OTP.
Once MFA is enabled, the authenticator application will continuously generate new OTPs at regular intervals.
Using MFA During Login
When MFA is enabled for your account, you will be prompted to enter an OTP during login.
Open your authenticator application, enter the currently displayed OTP, and complete the authentication process.
Note: The OTP is time-based and changes periodically. Always enter the latest OTP displayed in your authenticator application.
Active Session Management
The Active Sessions section allows you to view and manage all active sessions associated with your account.
For each active session, you can view:
- IP Address - Shows the IP address associated with the session.
- User Agent - Displays information about the browser, operating system, or application used to access the account.
- Current - Indicates the session you are currently using.
You can manage your active sessions using the following options:
- Remove a Session - Sign out a specific session from the account. Click on the "delete" icon with a session.
- Logout Of Other Sessions - Sign out all other active sessions while keeping your current session active.
- Logout Of All Sessions - Sign out all active sessions, including the current session.
