Credit can be carry forwarded to next month's plan

Carry forward


Credit can be carry forwarded to next month's plan(Referred to as the selected maintenance period). If the plan renewed before current expiry. The smallest value of 20% of the plan's Credit or the current credit balance will be used to carry forward. Carry forwarded credit will add to the credit balance up on renewal. Your credit balance will be plan's credit + carry forwarded credit.

For Subscription payment method, it is automatically renewed. So that the credit carry forward will take place normally unless the renewal failed/delayed due to any reason.
For Manual payment method, You have to renew the plan within the current expiry.
