What are the valid email addresses that send me emails from CALLGOOSE?
CALLGOOSE and sub products(SQIBS, etc...) will email you from only either one of:
1. Email addresses that ends with @callgoose.com
2. callgoose.com@gmail.com
How can I edit my user name or phone number of my account?
Follow the below steps:
1. Go to Home Profile
Here you can see update details, by clicking on that you can edit your user name and password.
How can I delete my account?
Follow the below steps:
1. Go to Home Profile
Here you can see Delete account, by clicking on that you will get an alert that all your data will be erased, by clicking ok. your account will be deleted after a specific time limit.
Can I reset the password . I don’t use Google or Microsoft Email account?
For resetting password Follow the below steps:-
1. Go to Home Profile
Here you can see Reset password, after selecting it. Enter the current password and the new password.
How can I see the Callgoose website and Callgoose Dashboard in my own Language?
You can see the language selection icon at the top right of Dashboard as well as Callgoose website. Choose your specified language from there. The site content will be changed.
